Do long-range worship planning, taking into account the church year, special needs,
balance of congregational interests, etc. -plan for all regular worship services and
assist in special services as requested by the Ministry Team |

Work with the Ministry Team in education on the meaning of worship and forms of worship. |

Coordinate the music ministry of the congregation. |

Encourage wide participation in leading aspects of worship and assist persons to do these tasks |
|
Seek out and utilize appropriate non-verbal means of expression in worship. |
